MBT HAS 2 COMPONENTS

MBT FOCUSES ON:  "thinking about thinking".

 

Individual Therapy: therapy is focused on thinking, thinking patterns, thoughts and perceptions of 'how' you think, and thinking about your feelings. you will explore how you interact with others, your perceptions of them and vice versa, and the integration of varying viewpoints to develop relationships.

 

Educational/Process Group: this is in part, a group dedicated to learning the framework required to do the work in individual therapy, along with directed processing of emotions, thoughts, and belief systems.
